Leach Pond Waste Relocation

Bulk movement and relocation of waste material from active leach pond areas to designated placement zones, in compliance with environmental and site management requirements.

Developed a detailed material handling plan in consultation with the client's environmental team. Equipment was staged and managed to contain any potential runoff, and all movements were GPS-tracked to ensure placement compliance.

Working adjacent to active leach ponds required strict contamination controls. Material management protocols needed to prevent environmental breaches while maintaining project productivity.

Successfully relocated all waste material within the project Programme with zero environmental incidents, enabling the client to progress downstream remediation activities on schedule.
